This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, collaborative and highly successful business.

Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while providing valuable commercial insight to stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Support the budgeting, forecasting and year-end processes.
• Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial controls are maintained.
• Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful commentary on key variances.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial support and commercial insight.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across the finance function.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and project work as required.

About You

• ACCA or CIMA finalist is essential.
• Previous experience within a management accounting or finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience of ERP systems being advantageous.
