Full-time: Hybrid working - 3 days in office / 2 days from home
Working as part of the team at a Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.
Are you an organised, proactive and confident Administrator with experience in providing high-quality support in a busy professional environment?
This is an opportunity to join an established St. James’s Place (SJP) Partner Practice that provides financial advice and services to a broad range of clients.

The Role: Practice Administrator
As Practice Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Partner, colleagues, and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a varied range of administrative tasks to support the Practice and its clients
- Collating and maintaining key information for record-keeping, reporting, and client reviews
- Handling client and provider enquiries and correspondence
- Liaising with St. James’s Place and external provider administration teams
- Contacting clients to obtain information and supporting documentation
- Assisting our in-house paraplanner with new business submissions
- Providing proactive support to colleagues and helping ensure client requirements are dealt with efficiently and accurately.
You will be expected to have the knowledge to undertake this role, but training can be given in some areas, and you will have the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation framework.
About You: Practice Administrator
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Practice Administrator who takes pride in providing excellent support and going the extra mile for colleagues and clients. You will have:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office-support role within Financial Services, ideally within an SJP or IFA Practice
- Excellent client service skills and the ability to build strong, professional client relationships
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, solve problems and think on your feet
- Strong organisation, time-management, and planning skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (experience of Salesforce and Sage would also be advantageous)
- Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients and third parties in writing and on the phone
- The ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
- A proactive, positive approach and the willingness to learn and develop.
