Pre-Construction Manager Design and Build - Essex in Epping Green

An experienced Pre-Construction Manager - Essex-based - is required asap for a fast-growing Design and Build company.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 5 years relevant, pre-construction experience, proven between design and build and design and projects.

Sectors of experience to include healthcare/education/government works value up to £2m.

Essential attributes to include:

• established, relevant estimating experience
• first-class commercial acumen and strong IT skills (to include Excel and other packages as required)
• a keen eye for detail, leadership and negotiation skills across all stages of planning, budgeting and design
• strong levels of organisational and communications skills - written and oral - skills
