A leading Design & Build office fit-out contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join its London team. Hybrid working offered (office, site & home).

This role suits candidates from Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Pre-Construction backgrounds within the office fit-out / interiors sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pre-construction estimating and cost planning
  • Tendering and pricing small works office fit-out projects
  • Procurement and subcontractor engagement
  • Commercial management of live projects
  • Valuations, variations and final accounts
  • Client liaison and project handovers
  • Managing multiple projects up to £200k
