Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience and hours)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 48 weeks/year

Working Hours:

  • 40–45 hours per week (includes breaks and home prep time).
  • Shifts are scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Marylebone Services is recruiting an experienced Room Leader for a thriving Pre-School room. Located at a beautiful setting in Hendon, our client is a warm, independent, family-run nursery.

The Role

You will lead an energetic Pre-School room working alongside a supportive team of four practitioners. Your focus will be on delivering a warm, engaging, and high-quality early years environment where children learn mostly through games and play.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Pre-School room.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.
  • Mentor and support your team of practitioners.
  • Help plan activities and learning experiences
  • Complete natural development observations and regular assessments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader within a UK Early Years setting.
  • Full, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK.
  • Kind, caring, highly organised, reliable, and passionate about mentoring colleagues and shaping young minds.
