We're recruiting on behalf of a warm, growing and highly regarded childcare setting in Cobham seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their Pre-School Room.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, supportive nursery where relationships matter, children are known as individuals and staff genuinely work together as a team.

The Opportunity

Working within the Pre-School Room, you'll play a key role in preparing children for the next stage of their learning journey.

You'll help create engaging learning experiences, support children's development and build strong relationships with families.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging, child-centred learning experiences
• Supporting children's learning and development through observation and assessment
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers
• Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and confidence
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care and education

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Has previous experience within an Early Years setting
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
• Brings warmth, energy and enthusiasm to their work
• Is committed to safeguarding and high-quality childcare
