Pre-Work Coordinator
Step into a key coordination role where your planning skills will help keep essential infrastructure works moving smoothly. As a Pre-Work Coordinator, you'll play an important part in ensuring jobs are prepared accurately, efficiently and in line with required processes and deadlines.
Working closely with operational teams, you'll coordinate a high volume of work, review job information and identify potential issues before they impact delivery. You'll use your organisational skills and attention to detail to keep priorities on track in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan pre-work activities, ensuring jobs are accurately prepared and progressed in line with deadlines and priorities.
- Review job information, identify missing details or potential issues, and escalate concerns to the appropriate operational teams.
- Manage permits, traffic management, street works noticing and network coordination requirements where applicable.
- Schedule field-based gangs and operatives while balancing contractual priorities, SLAs and completion deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and data using Microsoft Office, Excel and relevant planning or network management systems.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in highways, utilities, street works, construction or maintenance planning, with an understanding of network coordination.
- Experience with permits, traffic management, street works noticing or similar coordination processes.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with confidence learning and using different IT systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently, follow established processes and adapt to changing priorities.
