Pre-Construction Director

We are currently working with a leading commercial fit out contractor in Central London who are actively looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Director.

This role will take full ownership of all preconstruction activities across the business leading a team of 10 with responsibility across Bid Management, Planning, Design and Estimating while working closely with the board of directors as well as the commercial and Operations team.

The business has a great reputation in the commercial fit out market in London and have been established for 25 years and have developed a strong relationship with a number of blue chip clients resulting in a lot of repeat business.

Requirements for the Pre-Construction Director role

• Experience working in the fit-out sector
• Experience managing a large team
• Experience working in a preconstruction role
• Experience working in a leadership role
• Strong understanding across all disciplines
