Press Brake Operator
£14 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay
Full Time, 37 hours per week (7am to 4.15pm, Monday to Thursday with overtime available on Fridays)

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Honley based client to recruit an experienced Press Brake Operator on a full time, temporary to permanent basis.
You will be joining a busy subcontract manufacturing team where you’ll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC press brakes and panel bending equipment. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality products while improving efficiency and meeting customer specifications.
Role Responsibilities:
·Programming, setting & operating CNC press brakes (Bystronic & Trumpf)
·Offline programming using CAD/CAM software
·Operating Salvagnini panel benders
·Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
·Selecting tooling & carrying out first-off inspections
·Working with mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium
·Optimising programs to improve production efficiency
·Supporting maintenance, troubleshooting & continuous improvement
·Collaborating with production, engineering & quality teams
What We’re Looking For:
·Proven experience in a subcontract sheet metal environment
·Engineering or manufacturing apprenticeship (desirable but not essential)
·CNC programming certification (desirable but not essential)
·Strong CNC press brake & offline programming experience
·Knowledge of Bystronic and/or Trumpf machinery
·Salvagnini experience (highly desirable)
·Ability to read technical drawings & understand bend allowances
·Experience with CAD/CAM (e.g. BySoft, TruTops or similar)
·High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
