Pay Rate: Starting from £14.00 per hour, with higher rates available depending on previous experience and skill level.
Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering client for an experienced Press Brake Setter & Operator to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery to produce high-quality components in line with engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating press brake machinery safely and efficiently.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Producing components to precise tolerances and quality standards.
- Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring finished products meet customer specifications.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter and Operator within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- Day and evening shifts available.
