Salary: £14.00–£16.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join our growing manufacturing team. You'll be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brakes, producing high-quality folded components to engineering drawings while maintaining excellent quality, safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate CNC press brake machines.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Select tooling and adjust machine settings for each job.

• Produce components to tight tolerances and carry out quality inspections.

• Use measuring equipment including verniers, rulers and angle gauges.

• Work to production schedules and achieve output targets.

• Report machine faults and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience setting and operating CNC press brakes.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Experience selecting tooling and adjusting machine settings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good understanding of fabrication and sheet metal processes.

• Experience with Amada, Bystronic or Trumpf machinery is advantageous.
