Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
1 in 3 Sundays: 11:00am – 4:00pm

Our client, a successful prestige dealership in North West London, is looking for an experienced Prestige Sales Executive to join their established sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive looking to develop their career within a premium automotive environment, with strong earning potential and the opportunity to maximise income through vehicle sales, finance and additional products.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships through effective qualification and communication.
• Create an excellent first impression and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Achieve monthly targets for vehicle sales, profitability, finance penetration and additional products.
• Maximise sales and profitability by following the established sales process.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Manage customers throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.
• Develop and maintain effective customer follow-up and prospecting systems.
• Identify opportunities to generate repeat and new business.
• Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training.
• Ensure all customer information and sales activity is accurately recorded.

Your Background & Skills

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Sales Executive within the Motor Trade.
• Previous prestige or premium automotive experience would be advantageous.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and commercially focused.
• Full clean UK Driving Licence.
