Your fast-track in
Over 10 weeks, our academy takes you from graduate to job-ready pricing analyst: Python/R, SQL, statistics, Excel and insurance fundamentals, taught by trainers widely regarded as the best in UK pricing — people who have built and led pricing functions at major insurers and trained hundreds of analysts across the industry.
Then we deploy you straight into a live role at a major UK insurer, with a guaranteed progression plan, ongoing mentoring and a cohort of peers alongside you.

What we're looking for
  • 2:1 or above in a quantitative degree (Maths, Stats, Economics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning
  • Comfortable with data and problem-solving
  • Clear communicator, proactive, team player
  • No insurance experience needed — we'll teach you
The timeline
  1. Apply now – Submit your CV
  2. Interview – We test problem-solving, communication and future leadership potential
  3. Assessment centre – 1 day in either London or Manchester week commencing 17th August
  4. Acceptance – If successful, you will be notified week commencing 24th August
  5. Academy – 10 weeks full-time from 1st September (full attendance required; no holiday until after 23rd November)
  6. Deployment – Start at a major UK insurer in November 2026
