The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment requirements
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate effectively to meet diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to inform future planning and teaching
• Build positive partnerships with parents, carers, colleagues, and the wider school community
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and support school initiatives
