Primary School SEN Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Harlow. • As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive both inside and outside the classroom by:
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and social development.
• Supporting children with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and SEMH needs.
• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support and interventions.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child can succeed.
• Celebrating progress, big and small, and helping pupils reach their full potential.

Experience within education is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in:

• Sports Coaching
• Psychology Graduates
• Social Care

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Ability to provide satisfactory references.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
