### The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and promote a love of learning.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
* Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents to support children's academic and personal development.
* Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity and high standards of teaching and learning.
* Assess, monitor and support pupil progress, helping every child achieve their full potential.
### What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from teachers who have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* A genuine passion for primary education and helping children succeed.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach to teaching.
* The ability to quickly build positive relationships within new school communities.
* Two professional references.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
