Daily Rate: £145 - £206 per day (dependent on experience)

Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Lincoln to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teacher for the new academic term.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Plan and prepare high-quality learning activities that meet the needs of all learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress and attainment.
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
• Encourage high standards of behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing.
• Adapt teaching approaches to support children with varying learning needs.

We are looking for a Primary Teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
• Is passionate about helping children achieve their best.
• Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Is flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to raising standards.

• Competitive daily rates between £145 and £206 per day.
