Smile Education is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Hull from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their skills within a positive and nurturing school environment.

The Role As a Primary School Teacher, you will:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and effective lessons.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour, learning, and achievement.
Requirements The successful candidate will have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (or relevant teaching placements for ECTs).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
