Primary School Teacher – Rhondda Cynon Taf

This role offers flexibility, with hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, making it suitable for either full-time or part-time work. As a Primary School Teacher in Rhondda Cynon Taf, you will have the chance to deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and foster an inclusive classroom environment that nurtures young learners' development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils
• Plan and prepare lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enrich the learning experience
• Manage classroom behaviour to promote a secure and constructive learning environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs
