Primary SEN Champion
Protocol Education
Are you passionate about inspiring young learners and making a difference in the classroom?
Protocol Education is working with welcoming primary schools across Midsomer Norton that are looking for enthusiastic, adaptable and engaging Primary Educators to support pupils from September.
You don't need Qualified Teacher Status to make a positive impact. Whether your experience comes from schools, childcare, sports coaching, youth work, mentoring or other child-centred environments, schools are keen to hear from individuals who can confidently support learning, build positive relationships and bring energy to the classroom.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering a long-term career in education or looking for flexible work that is both rewarding and varied. You'll have the chance to work in supportive school environments where every member of staff plays an important role in helping children thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
Experience supporting children with SEN or SEMH needs is welcomed, but not essential. The most important qualities are enthusiasm, patience and a genuine desire to help children succeed.
