Contract: Full-Time
Salary: Inner London Main Pay Scale (M1–M6)214-277 per day + SEN Allowance £2,885 – £5,690 per annum (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Inspire, Support and Transform Lives A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth (SW2) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional teacher who is committed to helping children with Special Educational Needs thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The successful candidate will teach and support pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering personalised learning experiences that enable every child to achieve their full potential.

The Role As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external agencies.
  • Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised interventions.
  • Monitor pupil progress and celebrate achievements.
  • Support pupils' communication, social development and independence skills.
We Are Looking For The successful candidate will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching pupils with SEND in a primary setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and behaviour management.
  • Be passionate about inclusive education.
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be committed to improving outcomes for children with additional needs.
