About the Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community
- Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
- Be adaptable, proactive, and confident working across different school environments
- Be committed to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
- Be available for short-notice bookings as well as planned placements
