Rather than waiting until September to start looking, we're encouraging Primary School Teachers to register their interest with us now. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and high-quality lessons.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
- Holds QTS or equivalent.
- Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Is passionate about teaching and committed to achieving the best outcomes for pupils.
- Is enthusiastic about securing a full-time, long-term position for September.
- Is open to discussing opportunities across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Wants a recruitment consultant who takes the time to understand what they're looking for.
