Many of the schools we work with are experienced in supporting Early Career Teachers, offering structured induction, mentoring and opportunities for professional development.

The Role
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities from September 2026
  • Teaching roles across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on your experience and school requirements
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire children to learn
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every pupil can succeed
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress to support learning and development
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
  • Long-term and potential permanent placements where you can complete your ECT induction
The Successful Candidate Will
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS in Summer 2026
  • Be passionate about primary education and supporting children's learning
  • Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Be adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to ongoing professional development
  • Have high expectations of pupils' behaviour and achievement
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
