Salary: £165 – £230 per day (dependent on experience)

A highly-regarded, community-focused primary school in the M20 area is looking for a passionate Primary School Teacher (any primary key stage experience welcome!) to join their warm and enthusiastic team.

What the Role Involves:

  • Inspiring Lessons: Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning abilities.

  • Supportive Environment: Fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.

  • Assessment & Progress: Monitoring, assessing, and recording pupil progress to ensure everyone is reaching their full potential.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with teaching assistants, SEND coordinators, and parents to support the holistic development of every child.

Essential Requirements:

  • Teaching Qualification: You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized UK teaching qualification (ECTs/NQTs are highly encouraged to apply!).

  • Enhanced DBS Check: You must have a valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be fully prepared to apply for one immediately).

  • Proven Primary Experience: Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school classroom (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).

  • Positive Attitude: A warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills and a genuine love for teaching.
