Horizon Teachers are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable Teachers to join our daily supply team and work across schools in Barking & Dagenham.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you are an experienced supply teacher, returning to teaching, looking for a better work-life balance, or interested in gaining experience across different schools.
As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject or year group
- Follow lesson plans and ensure pupils remain focused and engaged
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Support pupils with their learning and development
- Adapt quickly to different schools, classes and teaching environments
- Work closely with school staff to ensure a smooth and successful day
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and professionalism
- Qualified teachers with QTS or recognised teaching experience
- Confident managing a classroom independently
- Reliable, punctual and adaptable
- Passionate about education and supporting pupils
- Able to build positive relationships quickly
- Available for regular or occasional daily supply work
