SEN Teacher - ACE Provision

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join their specialist ACE Provision from September. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established mainstream primary school in Hounslow, supporting pupils with additional needs in a nurturing and well-resourced environment.

The school is highly regarded within the Hounslow community for its inclusive ethos and commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential. The successful candidate will lead a small class of just 8 pupils, all working at different academic and developmental levels, requiring a creative and flexible approach to teaching. You will be supported by 2-3 experienced Learning Support Assistants, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, personalised learning opportunities for every child.

The Role:
* Full-time SEN Teacher position within the school's ACE Provision
* Teaching a small class of 8 pupils with a range of additional needs and abilities
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Working closely with 2-3 experienced LSAs to provide exceptional support for pupils
* Creating a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment
* Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to maximise pupil outcomes
* Contributing positively to the inclusive culture of the school in Hounslow

The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds UK QTS
* Experience working with pupils with SEND in either mainstream or specialist settings
* Strong understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
* Confident differentiating lessons for pupils working at varying levels
* Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach to teaching
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Committed to achieving positive outcomes for pupils across Hounslow
