The successful Primary Teacher will take responsibility for a Year 2 class, guiding pupils through this important stage of Key Stage 1 and helping them prepare successfully for the transition into KS2.

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Year 2 curriculum
• Support pupils in developing strong foundations in reading, writing and mathematics
• Use assessment effectively to identify next steps and accelerate progress
• Create a nurturing and purposeful classroom environment
• Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and maintain high standards

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher who:

• Holds QTS and recent UK primary teaching experience
• Has a secure understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Is reflective, organised and committed to continuous improvement
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
