About the Role
Revolve Collective is seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our growing network across Staffordshire.
Whether you specialise in nurturing early development through play-based learning in Reception, building foundational skills in Key Stage 1, or preparing pupils for secondary transition in Key Stage 2, we have flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities to match your preferences.
Key Responsibilities

Early Years (EYFS): Deliver engaging learning environments aligned with the 7 Areas of Learning, supporting child-led play, active exploration, and early foundations.

Key Stages 1 & 2: Deliver the National Curriculum with effective differentiation across core subjects (English, Maths, Science) and foundation subjects.

Classroom & Behaviour Management: Create safe, positive, and inclusive learning spaces where every pupil can thrive.

Assessment & Progress: Track and feed back on pupil progress in line with school policies and EYFS/KS1/KS2 milestones.

Professionalism: Build positive relationships with school staff and pupils while adhering strictly to safeguarding guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs / NQTs are welcome and encouraged to apply).

Experience or placement history teaching across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2.

Solid understanding of the EYFS Framework and/or the Primary National Curriculum.

Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.

An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
