Primary Teacher - September Start (Full-time)

Protocol Education is currently recruiting Primary Teachers to join welcoming and supportive schools across Gateshead for the new academic year.

Our partner schools are looking for teachers who are passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and building positive relationships with pupils. You'll be joining schools where staff work closely together to create a safe, inclusive and ambitious environment for children.

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Teach pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your experience.
• Differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff.
• Create a positive classroom environment where children feel confident to learn.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school.

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• A genuine passion for primary education.
• A positive, adaptable and professional approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
