Smile Education are recruiting for a part time primary teacher in the Worcestershire area. Working across KS1 and KS2 in lovely 2 form entry school.

The school have a strong working ethos and have a strong welcoming staff team, they are a modern school with strong technology. 

The responsibilities of the part time teacher role:
  • Keep pupils engaged and on schedule
  • Adapt activities if needed (depending on time, ability, or behaviour)
  • Keep a positive and safe working environment for staff and students
  • Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL)
  • Deal calmly with disruptions
  • Build quick rapport with pupils
To apply for this part time Primary Teacher role, you will need the following:
  • Teaching certification or QTS.
  • Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
  • Have experience working in Primary schools
