Primary Teacher - Stockport
Locations: various locations in Stockport including Reddish, Cheadle and Heaton Mersey
Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm.
Contract: Temporary. Temp to perm opportunities may be available.
Start: ASAP or January 2027
Pay: GBP150.00 - GBP200 per day depending on qualifications and experience

Prospero Teaching is looking for Primary Teachers to work in primary schools across Stockport.
Acting as a work-finding service, we provide supply cover to a range of primary schools; from small village schools to large secondary schools. We are currently looking for Primary Teachers to lead classrooms from Nursery to Year 6.
There may also be some long-term opportunities available.
Prospero Teaching work with both experienced teachers and those first embarking on their career in education by helping you find your next position. Some contracts may be extended from day-to-day bookings to longer term cover.
Primary Teacher - requirements
- UK QTS
- Hold Right to Work in the UK - no sponsorship available
- Hold an Enhanced Child DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references that cover the last two years, including any appropriate child-related work experience
- Appropriate CV history including mention of any employment/studying gaps
- SEN/SEMH Awareness desirable
- Updated training including safeguarding, prevent and allergy + anaphylaxis training (desirable however not essential as training is provided)
