The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that supports every child's learning and development.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using assessment effectively to inform future planning and teaching.
• Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Differentiate learning effectively to meet the individual needs and abilities of all pupils.
• Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities, assemblies, trips, and school events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and primary education.
• Is passionate about providing an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Promotes inclusive teaching practices and supports the needs of every child.
• Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
