Primary Teacher

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in the DE24 area. The school is committed to ensuring every child has access to high-quality education and support, with a dedicated SEND Hub designed to help pupils thrive both academically and socially.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time SEND Teacher from September to work within their SEND Hub. The successful SEND Teacher will support children across all primary age groups, delivering tailored learning opportunities and working closely with support staff to meet a variety of additional learning needs whilst promoting positive outcomes for all pupils.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS

• Experience working with children with SEND needs

• Experience teaching within a Primary School setting

• Strong behaviour management and classroom management skills

• The ability to differentiate learning to meet individual needs

• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
