The successful ECT Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Excellent classroom behaviour management skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to different schools and teaching environments
• A positive, engaging and energetic approach to teaching
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
