The RoleAs a Primary Teacher, you'll inspire pupils across Foundation Phase, KS1 or KS2, creating engaging learning experiences that help children develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Your role may include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Curriculum for Wales
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils' progress, confidence and wellbeing
- Adapting teaching to meet individual needs, including Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Encouraging curiosity, independence and a love of learning
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience within a Primary school setting
- Create positive and engaging classroom environments
- Have strong behaviour management skills
- Are adaptable, reliable and passionate about helping children succeed
