As a Primary Teacher, you'll create engaging lessons, build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and help children thrive in a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment. Every placement offers the chance to make a real impact while developing your own teaching practice.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are both welcome to apply
• Recent classroom experience within a UK primary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
• The ability to quickly establish positive relationships within new school settings
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or a willingness to obtain one
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
