Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Primary Teacher to join our supply team, working across a welcoming Multi-Academy Trust in Sheffield. As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, creative and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 1.

• Plan and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils, following school schemes of work where appropriate.

• Foster a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.

• Support pupils' academic progress, social development and confidence during these important early learning years.

• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies and expectations.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.

• Maintain continuity of learning and high standards in the absence of the class teacher.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1 in a UK primary school.

• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective early years teaching strategies.

• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to quickly establish positive relationships.

• A flexible, adaptable approach and confidence working across different school settings.

• A genuine passion for helping young learners develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.
