The school is currently looking for enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to join its team, with opportunities available across Nursery, KS1 and KS2.

About the Role

The successful candidate will join a supportive teaching team and take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.

There are opportunities across Nursery, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons
• Teach across Nursery, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience and preference
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and use this to inform future planning
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and the wider school team
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers
• Contribute to the wider life and activities of the school
• Support the school's ethos, values and commitment to pupil wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting
• Applications welcomed from ECTs
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and EYFS, depending on the year group
• A passion for teaching and helping children reach their full potential
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• The ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons
• A positive, flexible and child-centred approach
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply
