£120-£150 per day | Brampton | Monday and Friday | Temporary teaching booking until October half term

Humly are recruiting for a Primary Teacher with QTS to work part-time at a welcoming primary school in the Brampton area from September 2026.

This Primary Teacher role is ideal for someone adaptable and confident teaching across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You’ll be teaching Year 4 on Mondays and Year 2 on Fridays, helping pupils settle into the new school year and keeping learning on track across the first half of the Autumn Term.

Role Details

Location: Brampton
Pay Rate: £120-£150 per day, depending on scale and experience
AWR Pay Rate: From week 13 in the same role with the same hirer, where applicable, £168.80-£232.57 per day
Schedule: Part-time - Monday and Friday
Start Date: 04/09/2026
End Date: 23/10/2026

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting the school with:

• Teaching Year 4 on Mondays
• Teaching Year 2 on Fridays
• Delivering high-quality planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Supporting pupils with classroom routines, learning and engagement
• Managing behaviour positively and consistently
• Helping pupils build confidence at the start of the academic year
• Working closely with school staff to maintain consistency across both classes

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You…

• Have Qualified Teacher Status
• Have experience as a Primary Teacher, KS1 Teacher or KS2 Teacher
• Are confident teaching Year 2 and Year 4
• Can adapt between Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Have strong classroom management and clear routines
• Are reliable, organised and positive with pupils
• Can commit to Mondays and Fridays until October half term
• Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for one
• Are willing to complete Humly’s safeguarding and compliance process before placement
