• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) or have strong classroom experience

• Can assist teachers with delivering engaging and accessible lessons

• Support small group interventions and 1-to-1 pupil progression

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies

• Work collaboratively to support student wellbeing, progress, and inclusion
