Revolve Collective is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants on behalf of schools in Skegness.

Our local partnerships include primary settings with an emphasis on inclusion, high expectations and experiences that take learning beyond the classroom. We need Teaching Assistants who can provide useful, well-judged support: explaining a task clearly, spotting where a child has lost confidence and helping them have another go.

Where you’ll contribute

Working under the class teacher’s direction, you’ll support classroom activities, individuals and small groups. This may involve reinforcing literacy and numeracy, helping children follow routines and adapting your explanations to suit different learning needs.

You’ll also keep the teacher informed about pupils’ progress and anything that needs further attention.

What we’d like to see on your CV

• Experience supporting primary-aged children.

• Relevant KS1 or KS2 classroom knowledge.

• SEN/SEND experience, where applicable.

• A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant practical experience.

Please highlight any phonics, intervention, Year 3 or Year 4 experience. You’ll need to communicate clearly, follow safeguarding procedures and work reliably with the classroom team.
