Our client is expanding their team and are looking for an Architect at Associate level to contribute to winning and leading an exciting range of high-end residential, and hospitality projects. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in project and studio leadership, client business development, as well as leading talented teams within the studio.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to award-winning portfolio of projects, and we are keen to talk to architects with excellent design and presentation skills, as well as enthusiasm for historic and listed building projects.

Collaboration is central to our client's approach which provides opportunities to work on some of the finest buildings in the United Kingdom, from meticulous heritage and conservation schemes to bold contemporary design.

They are looking for candidates who have the following experience:

• 12+ years post‑Part 3 UK project experience
• Strong design, technical ability and attention to detail
• Experience delivering exceptional private residential projects
• Proven delivery across all RIBA stages
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Leadership experience managing small-medium teams
• Project management and contract administration skills
• Commercial awareness and responsibility for project finances
• Strong business development, bidding and presentation experience
• Proficient use of Revit, AutoCAD and NBS
