The Role

We’re seeking a Principal Scientist to act as a technical subject matter expert in bioanalytical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead method development, validation, and transfer aligned with GCP, GLP, and GMP standards.
• Provide scientific oversight, including data interpretation and regulatory reporting.
• Act as a technical advisor for business development and client engagements.
• Represent the team at industry events and academic forums.
• Mentor and develop team members within Laboratory Services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant scientific discipline (advanced qualification desirable).
• Strong experience with LC-MS/MS in a regulated lab environment (GCP/GCLP, GLP, GMP).
• Proven expertise in bioanalytical method development, validation, and routine analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations and bioanalytical method validation principles.
• Track record managing scientific projects efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Leadership and mentoring experience in a laboratory setting.
