Are you an experienced Principal / Associate Structural Engineer looking to take on a leadership role within a growing consultancy? My client is seeking a Principal / Associate Structural Engineer to join its York office, delivering complex projects while helping to develop and mentor a talented team.
About the role
As a Principal / Associate Structural Engineer, you will:
·Lead structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
·Review designs, calculations and technical specifications.
·Manage client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
·Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
·Contribute to business growth and project delivery.
What you will need
·Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
·Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
·Consultancy experience delivering structural engineering projects.
·Strong technical, leadership and communication skills.
·Experience managing projects and developing client relationships.
