📍 Hybrid/UK Wide | 💰 £60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Are you a Structural or Geotechnical Engineer with a passion for subsidence and foundation engineering?

We're recruiting for a Principal Subsidence Engineer to join a market-leading ground engineering specialist renowned for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions across the globe.

The Role

You'll be the technical lead for residential projects, responsible for:

• Diagnosing structural and geotechnical subsidence issues
• Producing and approving repair designs
• QA checking designs and quotations
• Signing off Certificates of Structural Adequacy
• Supporting and training operational teams
• Conducting predominantly remote inspections, with occasional site visits
• Acting as the go-to technical expert within the business

About You

• Degree qualified in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering
• Chartered or working towards Chartership
• 10+ years' experience civils or geotechnical engineering
• Strong technical design and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
