Recruit4staff are representing a well-established premium packaging manufacturer in their search for a Print Minder to work in Redhill

Job Details:

• Pay: £31,000 - £33,000 per annum DOE
• Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday 8:45 PM - 6:15 AM (Nights)
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Uniform & PPE Provided, Standard Pension, 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Job Role: As a Print Minder, you will assist the Number 1 Print Minder in the operation and running of Heidelberg lithographic press equipment to achieve production targets and quality standards. The Print Minder will support the preparation of materials, inks and consumables, assist with efficient set-ups and changeovers, and help monitor print quality throughout production.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating or assisting on a lithographic print press for a Print Minder position
• Strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible approach
• Ability to take initiative and work effectively under pressure

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Experience with a Heidelberg XL75 press is highly beneficial for a Print Minder
