Shift Pattern: Week 1 Monday to Wednesday 6am – 6pm Week 2 Thursday to Saturday 6am – 6pm Week 3 Monday to Wednesday 6pm to 6am

Remuneration: 34 hrs per week 170 hrs holiday per year Paid Bank Holidays People’s Pension with company contribution Death In Service

We are seeking a skilled Lithographic Printer to join our production team, operating high-spec machinery in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

What you will be doing

• Press Operation: handling everything from plate loading to registration.
• Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks.
• Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimize waste.
• Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance.

What you will bring to the team

Experience as a Lithographic Printer An understanding of both UV and conventional print processes. Colour management skills and a "right first time" attitude. The ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print issues. A flexible approach to shift work and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
