Hours: Full-time, 9.00am-5.30pm
Position: Permanent

A well-established Basildon law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The successful candidate will handle Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, LPAs and related non-contentious matters, providing clear, practical and client-focused advice from instruction through to completion.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law

• Strong experience in Wills, Probate and Trusts

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills

• Strong attention to detail and client-care skills

• Good understanding of SRA, Law Society and regulatory requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
