Private Client Solicitor

Are you a qualified Private Client Solicitor looking for a role where you can work on a genuinely interesting and varied caseload, while developing your expertise across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection work?  This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning law firm. 

The Role

You will manage a varied Private Client caseload covering Wills, Probate, estate administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and estate planning, alongside supporting on high-value Court of Protection matters. You will work closely with clients, providing clear and empathetic advice while managing your own caseload and deadlines.

• Qualified Solicitor with solid Wills & Probate / Private Client experience
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and estate administration
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Confident dealing with vulnerable clients and sensitive circumstances
• Able to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Experience of contentious Probate would be an advantage
